Personalized nutrition counseling for real life, rooted in a decade of clinical experience.

Whether you're managing a chronic condition, fueling an active lifestyle, or trying to feel better in your body (or all of the above) - I'm here to help you feel more like yourself.

I'm Anna Titcomb, a registered dietitian (RD) and certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES) based in Ellsworth, Maine. I offer in-person appointments in downeast Maine and telehealth services throughout Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Illinois, and Oregon, as well as other select states.

I accept most major commercial insurance plans, including Anthem BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Community Health Options, Harvard Pilgrim, and United Healthcare.
Many clients pay nothing out of pocket to work together.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, non-judgmental, and client-centered. I bring over a decade of clinical experience and past work with thousands of clients, but you are the expert on your own life and body. No restrictive food plans, fad diets, quick fixes, or cookie-cutter protocols. Just individualized evidence-based guidance, honest conversation, and warm support for sustainable long-term change.

Looking for help fueling your own time outside? That's outdoor nutrition, one-on-one - trail running, paddling, hiking, backpacking, cycling and winter sports.
